Voordat hij naar België kwam, werkte hij als data engineer voor een startup en ontwikkelde hij vaardigheden in data integratie, software ontwikkeling en cloud computing.

3 years experience - Laurence obtained her bachelor's degree in HR for Business from Karel de Grote University in Antwerp in June 2023. During her studies, she gained insights into various areas such as the onboarding and offboarding process, employee wellbeing, and strategic HR policy. She also had the opportunity to work hands-on with the topic of feedback culture. She interned at two companies where she learned the intricacies of headhunting and all aspects of soft/generalist HR.  

3 years experience - Laurence behaalde in juni 2023 haar bachelordiploma in HR for Business aan de Karel de Grote Hogeschool in Antwerpen. Tijdens deze studie kreeg ze inzichten in onder andere het on- en offboardingsproces, welzijn en strategisch HR-beleid. Ook kreeg ze de kans hands-on te werken rond het topic feedbackcultuur. Ze liep stage in twee bedrijven waar ze enerzijds de kneepjes van het vak rond headhunting leerde en anderzijds alle facetten rond soft/generalistische HR. 

3 years experience - Xander graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from KU Leuven. He wrote his thesis about learning action sequences in table football using deep reinforcement learning. During his Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Electrical Engineering, he learned how to program in languages such as Python, C/C++/C#, and SQL while further developing his passion for data.
