Application sets have a status of either Available or Not available. They have an available status until an administrator takes it offline, or a system function automatically takes it offline. If an application set is not available (or offline), users may be restricted from performing certain data retrieval and export tasks.

Audit reports are pre-designed web reports that allow you to report on system information and activity. The activity audit records information on system changes, for example, who is creating, changing, deleting applications, dimensions, security, and so on. This report applies to the application set-level. Data audit reports record data audit information on who changed transactional data in the application.
